3. Booking & Payments

3.1 Trip Booking

When you book a trip, you agree to pay the total amount as listed in the trip details. A deposit may be required to secure your spot. Full payment must be received by the due date listed on your invoice.

3.2 Payment Plans

We may offer flexible installment plans through third-party payment providers. You are responsible for making timely payments. Failure to complete payments may result in trip cancellation without refund.

3.3 Itinerary Purchases

Digital itineraries and guides are available for purchase through our shop. These are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Trip Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by trip and are listed in the trip details. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may result in rescheduling or partial credit instead of a refund.

4.2 Itinerary Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, unless there is a proven technical issue with the file.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with Young & Stamped, you agree to:

Follow local laws and group guidelines during the trip
Act respectfully toward other travelers, guides, and local communities
Disclose any relevant health or dietary concerns in advance
Carry appropriate travel documents (e.g., valid passport, visas)

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a trip due to behavior that endangers others or disrupts the experience.

6. Travel Risks & Liability

Participation in our trips involves inherent risks (e.g., transportation delays, natural hazards, illness). By joining, you acknowledge these risks and release Young & Stamped from liability for injuries, losses, or delays outside of our control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, photos, text, downloadable itineraries, and brand materials, is the property of Young & Stamped or its content creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Community Guidelines
